What is the status of my claim? Who is my adjuster? How long until my claim is resolved? All commonly (ahem..overly) asked questions by policyholders either unfamiliar with the claims process or just downright uninformed.
Let’s talk a moment about the time (sweet, precious time) an adjuster spends answering these questions. Or educating the policyholder on what to expect in the claims process. Or going through voicemail after voicemail requesting similar updates. Ugh…those voicemails, though.
