Chad Rhoden leads Paragon’s launch as Director of Operations. Rhoden formerly served as Wardlaw’s Technical Training Manager and IICRC Certification Instructor. Since 2012, and alongside his role at Wardlaw, Rhoden served as the Restoration Division Chair for the IICRC.
