How it works
Upon receipt of assignment, Wardlaw’s drone pilot flies the property collecting all data related to the roof claim. Data is uploaded onsite to the desk adjuster.

How it works
Wardlaw’s TPA receives the claim, contacts the policyholder and schedules the drone pilot. Drone pilot flies the property collecting all data and uploads the data to the TPA. TPA then completes the claim, calls the policyholder and settles the claim. The assignment is then uploaded to the desk adjuster for payment.
All TPAs are licensed adjusters.
