Hands-on instruction to send prepared adjusters into the field

Training is key to the Wardlaw story. What began as a series of two or three-day courses created in the late 1990s for a major client has grown into a dedicated training center established in 2004. Since then, more than 7,000 students from across the nation have successfully completed Wardlaw training—and we didn’t even have to advertise. Word travels fast, and our students are our best recruiters.

There are several good reasons our students help spread the word. Such as GA-level trainers who not only serve on the management team, but have been active field supervisors to boot. A curriculum we created—in fact, we pretty much wrote the book on mold back when that catastrophe hit. And to help us serve students well into the future, we are proud to present our sparkling new, state-of-the-art, 43,000 sq. feet Wardlaw Training Campus in Waco.

Wardlaw trains adjusters to move directly from the classroom to the field. Our experienced trainers teach what to do “when”—not “if”—adjusters confront a particular situation in the field. Whether earthquake, wildfire, hurricane, or hail, we’ve been there. So we know what to teach and how to teach it. Wardlaw training provides the tools and the expertise to get the job done.

Starting with foundation courses and moving upward, Wardlaw instruction goes from start to finish. Property adjusters learn as they walk through a full-scale, 1,200 sq. foot cutaway house, complete with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Our auto lab holds up to 15 vehicles for real-life, hands-on training. If you need adjusters trained quickly during a catastrophe, we can handle that too, even bringing current data as it happens on the frontlines directly into the classroom. Students learn on industry-standard software— some of which Wardlaw’s own trainer has helped test during beta development.

It’s easy to get here and inexpensive to stay. We can train at a client’s site, too, using a custom-tailored curriculum. Students can also participate in a series of self-study courses.
