Partner Matt P. Fatheree oversees field and adjusting operations and
directly manages a number of client account relationships. He joined
Wardlaw Claims Service as an adjuster in 1978,
worked his way up to Lead Adjuster by 1981 and was promoted to
Field Operations Manager during Hurricane
Alicia in 1983. He became a Partner in June of 1993.
Matt has volunteered in various capacities for an assortment of community entities,
including board member and president. Currently he is Chairman-elect
with the Heart O’ Texas Fair. Previously he has been on the boards
of the Baylor Bear Foundation, Texas Sports of Fame and Ridgewood Country Club.
He served in the United States Marines and attended Southwest Texas
State University. His main hobbies are spending time with his three
grandchildren and hunting on his family ranch, the M Bar M, in Turnersville, TX.

Michael "Mike" N. Wardlaw has been a Partner in Wardlaw Claims Service since 1993,
which was a year after he joined the company as Manager of Quality Assurance. Prior to
coming onboard at Wardlaw, Mike worked for more than 20 years in steel
and iron manufacturing, during which he owned and operated Waco-based Heart of
Texas Steel.
He is an active participant in his community, serving as a member of
the Waco Lighthouse for the Blind, the Central Texas Council for the Deaf
and the Reicher Catholic High School Advisory Board, among others. He graduated
from Baylor University in 1977 with a B.B.A. in Insurance and Real Estate.
Mike can be found on most weeknights
and weekends shuttling between his grandkids’ many activities.

Partner William "Bill" F. Wardlaw oversees financial operations at
Wardlaw Claims Service. He joined the company in 1979 as Office Manager and
became Partner in 1993.
Bill is and has been actively involved as an officer, board member
or advisory board member for numerous community services including
Baylor University Libraries, Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum,
McLennan County Historical Commission, McLennan County Sheriff's Office Training,
Rotary Club of Northwest Waco, Harris Creek Homeowners Association,
WGW Recreation Center and Midway Little League.
Bill has a B.A. in Communications
from Baylor University. Bill’s wife Kathy also attended Baylor, and their two
sons are Baylor graduates as well. Bill's hobbies include collecting historical
autographs and artifacts.

Matt D. Fatheree is Vice President Field Operations at Wardlaw Claims Service
and is the leader of the Wardlaw Field Management Team. He oversees all of the company’s
adjusting and field operations and is deeply involved in
setting its strategic direction.
Under Matt’s direction Wardlaw has
transitioned from an “old school” adjusting firm into a leader in the field
thanks to its training and technology. After joining Wardlaw in 1995 as an
adjuster, he was promoted to the Management Team in 1999. Matt has been in
his current position since 2005.
He graduated from Baylor University in
1997 with a B.S. in Insurance. Matt lives in Waco with his family and enjoys
hunting and discovering new tech gadgets.

Vice President Internal Operations Jeff Keahey manages the computing and information
technology strategy that is the backbone of Wardlaw Claims Service. His roles
are many, and include ensuring and maintaining the integrity and security of
the company’s information and communications systems. After joining Wardlaw in
1999, he was promoted to IT Director in 2005.
Much has happened under Jeff’s leadership. To support Wardlaw's growth,
he increased the claims capacity of the accounting system tenfold. He
led the design and implementation of the proprietary Catapult Claims System.
He also spearheaded the development of a catastrophe-proof data center that
expanded Wardlaw's technological capacity by 1000 percent.
Before entering the insurance adjusting industry, Jeff was a Networking and
System Administration Instructor and a Systems Engineer.

Rob Beller has been Vice President Business Development since joining Wardlaw Claims
Service in 2007. He is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing,
communications and branding strategies and works closely with existing clients to ensure
their satisfaction. His initiatives to increase Wardlaw’s visibility in the industry have
helped fuel the company’s success and growth.
Prior to his role at Wardlaw, Rob was a sales and marketing entrepreneur, founding and
selling two companies. Rob has a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University and lives in
Phoenix, Arizona.
