Wardlaw Training Programs: The best adjuster training in the best setting
Our adjusters are Wardlaw’s greatest assets – they are on the front lines, delivering the integrity, accuracy, and excellence that define the Wardlaw Way.
Over the past decade, adjuster training has become a key part of the Wardlaw experience. What began as a series of 2-3 day courses created in the late 1990s has grown into a dedicated training program established in 2004. The program offers adjuster licensing, continuing education and estimating software training – and over 7,000 students have successfully completed Wardlaw training. Our curriculum ensures that both entry-level students and seasoned adjusters are on track to become what Wardlaw calls a Total AdjusterTM – and guarantees our pick of the best and brightest adjusters for our team.
On word-of-mouth alone, our training has proven quite successful— we even outgrew our original offsite training location. The fix? Building our own onsite facility, and in February of 2008, we moved into the state-of-the-art Wardlaw Claims Training Center. Yes, that’s right—we built an entire campus. At 43,000 square feet, there’s nothing like it in the industry.
Why do our students spread the word? It could be our GA-level trainers who not only serve on our management team but have also been active field supervisors. They train adjusters to move directly from the classroom to the field, teaching what to do “when” – not “if” – adjusters confront a particular situation. We’ve been there – so, we know what to teach and how to teach it. Wardlaw training provides the tools and the expertise to deliver quality service and get the job done.
